Cracks, surface degradation, and thermal damage signaled the urgent need for a long-term roofing solution. However, the facility operates 24/7, leaving no room for operational downtime. Additionally, the new system had to meet stringent FM fire rating requirements and stand up to the region’s harsh, high-desert climate.
