​​FINDING AN EFFECTIVE ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL RE-ROOFING

With nearly 20 years in the industry, we’ve seen firsthand what works – and what doesn’t. The expense, the waste and the operational downtime that comes with traditional re-roofing bothered us, so we decided to research another way.
 
Traditional roofing techniques commonly leave seams on the roof. Though reinforced, the seams tend to be the weakest point in the roof and, over time, are the cause of most leaks – leading to yet more re-roofing.
Roof tear-off and replacement also creates a lot of debris that must be discarded at our quickly filling landfills. And re-roofing often requires customers to shut down their operations due to noise and safety concerns during the project.
 
Our unique roof restoration process offers a long-lasting, cost-effective, renewable alternative to traditional re-roofing. We apply a ¼”, expandable liquid membrane that that expands and
contracts in the Pacific Northwest's varied climate, effectively sealing out water. The eco-friendly coating is applied wet and dries quickly to form a seamless, singular membrane. Water, snow and ice simply bead up and slip away on a smooth silicone coating.
The coating is applied on top of the existing roof surface, avoiding the expense and waste of tearing off the roof. The process is less expensive than re-roofing and there’s no disruption to business operations. Plus, the coating can simply be reapplied, meaning your roof can last the life of your building.
 
We offer the coating several colors, but the most common – and most beneficial – is the bright white coating. The reflectivity of the white roof coating causes harmful UV rays to bounce off of the roof. This reduces the damaging process of thermal cycling, where the heat of the sun compromises the strength of the roof material through expansion and contraction.

​We offer customizable, renewable warranties up to 25 years on the integrity of our roof coating systems. We will work with you to provide annual inspection and maintenance to maintain your warranty and extend the life of your roof system.
 
When you reach the end of your warranty period, we can renew the warranty by simply applying an additional coating on top of the initial roof coating. This ability to reapply the coating and renew the warranty means that your roof can last the life of the building, saving you time and money, reducing waste, and offering a sustainable roofing solution.
